Carrot pancakes

Ingredients

Carrot:
Organic eggs:
Dairy milk:
Oat flour:
Hard cheese:

6 units
2 units
2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
3.5 oz / 100 gr.

Instructions

1. Peel the carrots and grate them completely.
2. Mix the carrots with the rest of the ingredients. Add spices to taste.
3. Bring a frying pan to medium heat, add a little oil.
4. Pour in some of the mixture and shape it into a pancake.
5. Cook on both sides until nicely browned.
6. Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture.
