Ingredients

Carrot:
Onion:
Garlic:

1 clove

Instructions

1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
2. Add 3 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Bake over medium heat for 40 minutes.
4. Remove and allow ingredients to feel at room temperature.
5. Transfer them to the blender, add a cup of water and blend until well combined.
6. Transfer to a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
