Anis:

4.5 fl oz / 140 ml

Instructions

1. Put the two grated carrots in a bowl.
2. Stir in the remaining dry ingredients.
3. Pour in the plant-based milk and olive oil.
4. Until a dough forms, thoroughly mix.
5. Place the cookies on a baking tray covered with baking paper after dividing them into parts and shaping them.
6. Bake for twenty-five minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
