Oat flour:
Almond flour:
Eritritol:
Baking powder:
Olive oil:
Dairy yogurt:
Organic eggs:
Nuts:
Carrot:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.
1 unit
10 gr.
1 fl oz / 25 ml
4 fl oz / 125 ml
2 units
1 oz / 30 gr.
5 oz / 150 gr.

Instructions

1. Mash the carrot in a container and set it aside.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and, using the mini blender, thoroughly combine.
3. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe container and cook for 6 minutes.
4. Allow it to rest at room temperature. You can add your preferred toppings.
