Carrot and Banana Sponge Cake

Ingredients

Banana:
Organic eggs:
Carrot:
Oat flour:
Baking powder:
Cinnamon:

1/2 unit

1 unit
2 oz. / 50 gr.
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In a container, place all the ingredients.
2. Blend very well until forming a homogeneous consistency.
3. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little plant-based milk and blend again.
4. Pour the preparation into a small mold and microwave for 2 and a half minutes.
5. After this time, check the cooking, if it's not ready, leave it for 30 more seconds.
6. Remove and let cool at room temperature.
