Ingredients

Vegan milk:
Chia:
Carob powder:
Banana:
Nuts:
Flax seeds:

7 fl oz / 200 ml
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1/2 unit
1/2 cup
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Flax and chia seeds should be ground.
2. By hand, combine the ground seeds, carob, and vegetable milk.
3. Give it thirty minutes to rest.
4. Top with the mashed half of a banana and the walnuts.
