Caramelized figs with cheese

Figs:
Vegan cheese:
Sugar:

2 units
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.

Instructions

1. Freeze the figs for 1 hour.
2.Cut the figs into slices.
3. Put half of the slices in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add sugar on top and then a little cheese on each slice.
5. Use the other half of slices to cover the ones that are cooking.
6. Cook for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
