Burrito with vegetables

Ingredients

Corn flour:
Vegetable mix:

20 gr.
1 unit

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil and saute the vegetables until golden brown. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour with 1.5 fl oz of water and spices to taste.
3. Transfer the dough to baking paper and use the same paper over the dough to flatten it.
4. Once the dough is thin, fill with the vegetables.
5. Use the paper again to cover the dough.
6. Place in air fryer or oven at 180°C/350ºF for 10 minutes.
