Ingredients

Oatmeal:
Banana:
Nuts butter:
Soy yogurt:
Fruit jam:
Lemon:
Grated coconut:
Chia:

1 oz / 25 gr.
1/2 unit
1 teaspoon
3.5 fl oz / 100 ml
1 tablespoon
1 unit
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Mash the banana in a container using a fork to help.
2. Incorporate the oats and nut cream thoroughly, blending thoroughly.
3. Put greaseproof paper along the edge of a metal ring and set it on a plate.
4. Transfer the blend into the ring and compress, forming the foundation. Reserve.
5. Using a hand blender, blend together the yogurt, blueberry jam, coconut, and chia seeds in a separate container.
6. Fill the ring with the mixture, placing it above the base.
7. Reserve in the refrigerator overnight.
