Cooked chickpeas:
White beans:
Beetroot:
Tahini sauce:
Cumin:
Paprika:
Lemon juice:

Instructions
1. If your beans are not cooked, soak them for 8 hours and cook them in plenty of water until they're soft.
2. Cook the beetroot in plenty of water until it's soft.
3. Cut the beetroot into pieces and transfer it to the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Process in 30-second intervals until you get a homogeneous cream.
