Instructions
1. If you're using raw beans, you should soak them for 8 hours and cook them until they're soft. If you're using pre-cooked beans, go to the second step.
2. In a container, manually mash the beans until you form a puree.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and start kneading in a folding motion until completely integrated. If you have it, add celery seeds.
4. Divide the dough into circular portions of approximately 15 g.
5. On a flat surface, sprinkle a little vegetable oil and stretch each portion of dough to form the sausages.
6. Wrap each of the sausages in parchment paper.
7. Steam the sausages for 30 minutes.
8. Remove the parchment paper and the sausages will be ready.
