Banana sesame cookies

Banana:
Sesame seeds:
Chocolate:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
5 oz / 150 gr.
7 oz / 200 gr.

Instructions

1. Using a fork, puree the banana. Stir in the sesame seeds.
2. Split the mixture into ten equal spheres.
3. After placing them on the baking paper, use the back of a spoon to flatten them into extremely thin biscuits.
4. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake for 15 minutes, or until the edge begins to lightly toast.
5. Place them on a wire rack to cool.
6. As you wait, melt the chocolate following the directions on the box.
7. Partially submerge the cookies. Place the cookies on baking paper and chill them in the refrigerator for one hour, or until the chocolate sets.
