Ingredients
Organic eggs:
Apple:
Dairy yogurt:
Lemon:
Corn starch:
4 units
7 oz / 200 gr.
3.5 fl oz / 100 ml
1 unit
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Instructions
1. In a bowl, place the apple, yogurt, eggs, lemon zest, sweeteners to taste and cornstarch.
2. Mix very well.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold (greased).
4. You can decorate with apple slices on top.
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF.
6. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
