Apple:
Coconut oil:
Maple syrup:

Instructions
1. Slice the apple.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the coconut oil, maple syrup, and stir for a few seconds.
3. Add the apple slices, cinnamon, and rolled oats. Stir constantly.
4. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.
5. Remove from heat and it's ready to consume. You can accompany it with plant-based yogurt.
