Ingredients

Apple:
Oat flour:
Baking powder:
Soy yogurt:

150 gr.
3 oz / 90 gr.
1 tablespoon
2.5 fl oz / 80 ml

Instructions

1. In the glass of the mini blender, combine all of the ingredients and thoroughly blend.
2. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe container (previously greased).
3. Microwave for 2 minutes (if there isn't enough time, add more; it should puff up).
4. Remove and cool to room temperature.
5. Place your favorite toppings on top.
