Apple:
Organic eggs:
Greek yogurt:
Vanilla sweetener:
Cinnamon:
12 oz. / 350 gr.

Instructions
1. Cut the apples into pieces and remove the seeds.
2. Blend the apples until they become a puree.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cinnamon.
4. Blend again until completely integrated.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold.
6. Bake for 45 minutes at 190ºC/375°F.
7. Remove, let cool at room temperature and sprinkle with cinnamon.
