Apple and Oat Dessert

Ingredients

Rolled oats:
Erythritol:
Apple:
Vanilla sweetener:

1 cup
1/4 cup
3 units
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Cut the apples into slices and remove the seeds.
2. Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Blend very well until you get a homogeneous consistency.
4. Place the apple slices at the base of a mold.
5. Pour the mixture, making sure to cover the apple slices completely.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC/350°F.
