Almond flour:
Protein powder:
Vegan milk:
Xanthan gum:
Erythritol:

1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
9 fl oz / 270 ml
5 gr.
4 tablespoons

Instructions

1. In a bowl, place all the ingredients.
2. Mix until combined.
3. Transfer it to a mold.
4. Garnish with slices of almonds or toppings of your choice.
5. Place in the freezer for 8 hours.
