Greek yogurt:
Almond flour:
Organic eggs:
Sesame seeds:

1 cup
2 cups
1 unit
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Mix the yogurt with the almond flour.
2. Make small balls with the dough and place them on a greased baking sheet (or with parchment paper).
3. Flatten them and make a hole in the middle.
4. Optionally brush them with egg and add the seeds on one or both sides.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 170ºC/340°F.
