  • Tomato: 3 units

  • Cooked white beans: 1/2 cup

  • Oatmeal: 1/3 cup

  • Olive oil: 1/4 cup

  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon


๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

  1. Add the rolled oats, chopped tomatoes, beans, olive oil, and ยฝ teaspoon salt to the blender.

  2. Blend until thoroughly blended.

  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes after transferring to a bowl.

  4. Add hemp seeds to the top when serving (optional).
