Wheat tortillas: 1 unit
Fried tomato sauce: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Hard cheese: 2 oz / 80 gr.
Organic eggs: 2 units
Avocado: 1 unit
Arugula: 5 leaves
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
Place the wheat tortilla in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spread the fried tomato sauce over the tortilla.
Add scrambled eggs, sliced avocado, arugula, and a sprinkle of oregano.
Cover the pan and cook for a few minutes to heat through.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Cover again and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
