Ingredients

Puff pastry:
Hazelnuts:
Cocoa powder:
Vainilla:
Banana:
Vegan milk:
Protein powder:

1 slice
1/2 cup
3 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoon
1 unit
0.5 fl oz / 10 ml
4.5 tablespoons

Instructions

1. Put the almonds in a blender after grinding them into flour.
2. Incorporate the remaining ingredients, excluding the puff pastry, and thoroughly mix until a dense cream is achieved.
3. Transfer to the fridge and reserve.
4. Spread the puff pastry, then cut circles with a glass's mouth. Next, cut a smaller circle in the center and remove it from the dough to create the doughnut shape.
5. After transferring the rings to a baking tray, bake them at 180° for ten to fifteen minutes.
6. Allow them to cool before covering one doughnut's base with cream and adding another thread.
7. Decorate as you please.
