Ingredients

Hazelnuts:

1 cup

Instructions

1. Over medium heat, toast the hazelnuts in the pan.
2. Place them in the processor and pulse for a duration of 15 seconds.
3. Using a spatula, stir the mixture, push the hazelnuts to the bottom, and then blend once more.
4. As many times as needed, repeat the preceding step to achieve a creamy consistency.
5. Keep it chilled in reserve.
