Gluten-free cookies:
Cream cheese:
Strawberries:
Cookie essence:

6 units
10.5 oz / 300 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put the strawberries with the sweetener to taste (if frozen, take them to the microwave for 1 minute).
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Crush very ien.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours.
