Ingredients

Seitan:
Tamari:
Paprika:
Smoke powder:
Cornstarch:

2 portions
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Boil the soy fillets, along with a splash of soy sauce, in water for 10 minutes, until tender.
2. Strain and when they cool, squeeze them with your hands until you remove as much liquid as possible.
3. Shred with your hands to obtain a kind of shredded meat.
4. In a bowl, mix a little olive oil, paprika and smoke powder.
5. Add it on top to the crumbled fillets.
6. In a frying pan with a little oil, saute the shredded steaks until golden brown.
7. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water and add it to the pan.
8. Let cook for a few minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens.
