Ingredients

Egg whites:
Protein powder:
Oat flour:

10 fl oz / 300 ml
1 oz / 25 gr.
1 oz / 25 gr.

Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl Add the sweetener of your choice.
2. Whisk well.
3. Preheat a frying pan and oil the surface slightly.
4. Bring to medium heat.
5. Pour in some of the mixture and distribute into a thin dough.
6. Kitchen on both sides.
7. Repeat until the crepes are cooked.
8. Fill with fresh fruit cut into cubes.
