Ingredients

Black beans:
Laurel:
Onion:
Garlic
Tofu:
Mushrooms:
Fine herbs:

16 oz / 450 gr.
3 leaves
3 units
5 cloves
10.5 oz / 300 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Chop the garlic, onion finely. Cut the tofu into squares.
2. In a saucepan, brown the onion and garlic. When the onion is translucent, add the tofu.
3. Add the black beans, with 1/2 cup of water.
4. Add the mushrooms, fine herbs and salt to taste.
5. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring periodically.
