Ingredients

Soy yogurt:
Protein powder:
Nuts:
Vainilla:
Xanthan gum:

3 tablespoons
1 unit
3 units
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In the blender, put 2 ice cubes.
2. Crushes well.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
4. Crush well again.
5. Transfer the preparation to a container with a lid and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
6. Remove it, stir it a little with a spoon and put it back in the freezer for an hour.
