Ingredients

Flax seeds:
Baking powder:

2 cups
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Using a blender, process the flax seeds until you get a fine powder.
2. Add a teaspoon of salt, baking powder, and your preferred spices, we recommend turmeric and pepper.
3. Process again until integrated.
4. Pour the flour into a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix manually.
5. Gradually add water until you get a dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
6. Shape the dough into an oval.
7. Place it on a baking sheet (with parchment paper).
8. Bake for 25 minutes at 340ºF.
9. It's important that after this time, you let the bread cool inside the oven.
