Chickpea burger

Ingredients

Cooked chickpeas:
Whole wheat flour:
Garlic powder:
Paprika:

17.5 oz / 500 gr.
3/4 cup
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Mash the chickpeas with 1/2 cup of water.
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix everything very well until you get a dough.
4. Form the dough into balls and flatten them into the burgers.
5. Grease a plate and put the burgers on it.
6. Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF.
7. Check the doneness.
