Ingredients

Carrot:
Dried oregano:

2 units
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Clean, cut, and steam the carrots.
2. Take them out of the water once they become tender.
3. Puree the oregano and carrots. To taste, add more salt and pepper.
4. Lightly oil a baking sheet (you can use parchment paper).
5. Place the puree balls that you've formed on the plate.
6. Bake for ten minutes at 160ºC/325ºF.
