Black & white chocolate with oats

Ingredients

Cocoa powder:
Oat flour:
White chocolate:
Dairy milk:

2 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1/2 fl oz / 15 ml

Instructions

1. Combine the milk, flour, and cocoa in a container.
2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin after placing it on a piece of parchment paper, covering it with another piece of parchment paper.
3. For two minutes, microwave it. Remove it and set aside.
4. Crush the cookie into pieces once it has cooled.
5. In the microwave, melt the white chocolate at 10-second intervals.
6. Pour one layer of white chocolate, followed by a layer of cookie pieces, and then top with yet another layer of white chocolate in a chocolate mold.
7. After allowing it to sit at room temperature for five minutes, freeze it for one hour.
