Banana and nuts cake

Ingredients

Banana:
Organic eggs:
Egg whites:
Nuts:
Chocolate:
Baking powder:

1 oz / 30 gr.
1 tablespoon
10 gr.

Instructions

1. Remove the two yolks from the eggs and set aside.
2. Add the whites of the two eggs to the remaining 3.5 fl oz whites and beat until stiff. Set aside in a bowl.
3. In a separate container, chop the nuts and chocolate. Set aside.
4. In a third container, mash the bananas and combine them with the egg yolks. You can add your preferred flavorings as well as cinnamon powder.
5. Combine the oat flour, yeast, cinnamon, mashed banana, walnuts, and chocolate with the whipped egg whites.
6. Mix gently without using a mixer.
7. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
8. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
