Pineapple 12.5 oz

Grated Coconut 3 tablespoons

Dehydrated Dates 2 units

Plant-Based Milk 1/2 cup


Preparation

To prepare this refreshing Piña Colada Smoothie, follow these simple steps:

  1. Chop pineapple into chunks (fresh or frozen)

  2. Pit and roughly chop dehydrated dates

  3. Combine all ingredients in blender

  4. Add optional peanut powder if desired

  5. Blend until completely smooth (about 1-2 minutes)

  6. Pour into chilled glass

  7. Add ice cubes to taste
