Textured pea:
Zucchini:
Cherry tomato:
Fried tomato sauce:
Smoke powder:
BBQ seasoning:
Tamari:
White wine:

2 oz / 50 gr.

1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
10 ml

Instructions

1. Soak the pea in hot water for an hour.
2. In a bowl, put the spices, tomato sauce, tamari and wine, and mix.
3. Drain the texturing well (squeezing it) and dip it in the marinade; Let sit overnight.
4. The next day, prepare the skewers by interspersing pieces of zucchini, cherry tomatoes and peas.
5. Cook on the griddle until golden brown.
