Ingredients

Mango:
Agar-Agar:

2 units
0.8 oz / 20 gr.

Instructions

1. Peel, cut, and mash the mangos.
2. Pour the mixture into a frying pan over medium heat, then add the agar agar and stir until thoroughly combined and the gelatin has dissolved.
3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and beat for 15 minutes, until it has tripled in volume.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
