Zucchini chips

Ingredients

Zucchini:
Hard cheese:

7oz / 200 gr.
4 oz / 120 gr.

Instructions

1. Grate the zucchini and press it firmly using the cloth to extract as much liquid as possible.
2. Put the drained zucchini in a container and add the grated cheese. Integrates well.
3. Form dough into balls and arrange them on a baking sheet, either coated with vegetable oil or lined with parchment paper.
4. Evenly press the balls. To do this, you can use the base of a glass that has been covered with plastic wrap.
5. Cook in the oven at 180°C/350ºF for twenty minutes.
6. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
