Ingredients
Oatmeal:
Chia:
Corn flour:
Zucchini:
Garlic powder:

1 tablespoon
8 oz / 250 gr.
1 teaspoon
Instructions
1. In the blender glass, grind the oats, chia, cornflour and salt, until they form a kind of flour.
2. Add the diced zucchini and garlic powder.
3. Grind again.
4. Transfer to a bowl and let stand for 30 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into two parts and roll it out with damp hands, on baking paper.
6. Place in air fryer, in baking mode, at 190°C/375ºF for 5 minutes.
7. Flip them over and cook for 3 more minutes.
