1. Combine all ingredients in a cup with 60 milliliters of water. Blend thoroughly.
2. Transfer half of the blend into an additional cup (so that you have a total of 2 cups with the same amount of preparation).
3. Place the cocoa and orange zest in a cup and stir to combine.
4. Take a third cup and fill it partially but not entirely with a small amount of mixture from each of the preceding cups (leave 3 or 4 cm of cup unfilled).
5. Give the third cup a minute in the microwave.
6. After removal, allow to reach room temperature.
