Ingredients

Dairy yogurt:
Organic eggs:
Cornstarch:
Erythritol:

7 fl oz / 200 ml
2 units
1 oz / 30 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add a little vanilla sweetener (optional).
2. Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
3. Place in the air fryer at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
4. Let it cool to room temperature.
5. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before consuming.
