Ingredients

Whole wheat flour:
Vegan greek yogurt:
Baking powder:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
3.5 fl oz / 100 ml.
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spoon until they are completely integrated. You can add garlic or onion powder, depending on your taste.
2. When you have a kneadable consistency, divide the mixture and form it into two bagels.
3. With a little vegetable Greek yogurt, you can paint the bagels.
4. If you have it, you can put sesame seeds on top of each bagel.
5. Place the bagels in the air fryer at 180°C/350ºF for 10 minutes.
6. Let it rest at room temperature.
