White chocolate:
Coconut oil:
Vainilla:
Textured soy:
2 oz / 50 gr.
1 unit
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 cup
Instructions
1. Use a small amount of coconut oil to melt the chocolate. You can cook it in a bain-marie, in the microwave, or in 10-second intervals.
2. Blend the vanilla sweetener into the melted chocolate.
3. Stir in the textured soy.
4. Place heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
5. Put in the fridge to solidify.
