Ingredients

Watermelon:
Soy yogurt:
Xanthan gum:
Vegan milk:

3.5 oz / 100 gr.
4 fl oz / 120 ml
3 gr.
10 ml

Instructions

1. Cut a thick slice of watermelon.
2. Use a knife to remove the pulp without breaking the shell. Reserve the peel on a tray.
3. Remove the seeds from the pulp.
4. In a blender, place the diced pulp.
5. Add the milk, cheese, Xanthan gum and sweetener of your choice.
6. Crush everything.
7. Place chopsticks in the shell so that they are partly outside and partly inside.
8. Pour the preparation into the ring of the shell.
9. Take it to the freezer.
