Instructions
1. Cook the corn (if necessary), until tender.
Cut the onions into small pieces.
2. In a saucepan, over medium heat, put the olive oil, sugar and onion in pieces.
3. Add 1/4 cup of water and cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Cut the pumpkin, potatoes and sweet potato into medium-sized squares and add them to the preparation.
5. Add 2 more cups of water, salt and pepper to taste, and seasonings of your choice.
7. When the tubers are tender, add the corn and beans to the preparation.
8. Cook for 5 more minutes.
