Ingredients
Vegetable mix:
Potatoes:
Wheat flour:
Organic eggs:
2 oz / 50 gr.
5 oz / 150 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.
1 unit
Instructions
1. Saute the vegetables in a frying pan with a little oil for a couple of minutes.
2. In the hand blender, put the potato, flour and egg.
3. Crushes well.
4. Transfer the resulting dough to greased parchment paper and cover it with greased parchment paper so it doesn't stick.
5. Roll it over.
6. Fill with vegetables and close as empanada or roll.
7. Bring the air fryer to 180°C/350ºF for 10 minutes.
