Sun-dried tomatoes:

Instructions
1. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in warm water for about 30 minutes.
2. Transfer the sun-dried tomatoes, 6 tablespoons of the soaking water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, to a blender.
3. Process very well until you get a creamy and homogeneous paste.
