Ingredients
Dried tomatoes:
Cashews:
Paprika:
Olive oil:
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
2 oz / 60 gr.
1 teaspoon
2 fl oz / 60 ml
Instructions
1. Give the tomatoes a 20-minute soak in hot water.
2. After that, remove the tomatoes' seeds. Save the water.
3. All of the ingredients—including the tomato water splash—should be refrigerated.
4. To taste, add more salt and pepper.
5. Mix it thoroughly until a spreadable consistency is achieved.
6. Keep it chilled, in a covered container.
