Potatoes:

Pickles:
Green olives:
Sunflower oil:

Instructions

1. Cook potatoes, carrots and peas in plenty of water.
2. When soft, chop the potatoes and carrot into cubes.
3. Add everything in a bowl.
4. Cut the pickle into slices and the olives into bite-sized pieces.
5. With the help of the blender, prepare the mayonnaise. To do this, whisk the sunflower oil with the soy milk, garlic, a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon.
6. Pour the mayonnaise into the salad and mix well.
