Ingredients
Tofu:
Chickpea flour:
Baking powder:
Turmeric powder:
7 oz / 200 gr.

Instructions
1. Combine half a cup of water, salt, and all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
3. Drizzle some olive oil into the pan and turn the heat down to medium.
4. Four tablespoons of the mixture should be added when hot and evenly distributed like a pancake.
5. Cook until the mixture is no longer runny, on both sides.
6. Add your preferred filling at that point (vegan cheese or vegetables).
7. Use a fork to seal the omelet, enclosing the filling, then allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
8. Once that time has passed, serve the omelette by turning off the heat.
