Instructions
1. In the saucepan, over medium-low heat, saute the vegetables (finely chopped), with the bay leaves, and the tomato puree. Add spices to your liking.
2. While the vegetables are browning, mash the beans, with the soy sauce and smoke powder.
3. Once mashed, add the oat flour and mix with a spoon until well combined.
4. Form small balls with the dough and add them to the saucepan sauce; When all the balls are in the saucepan, mix and cook for 10 minutes.
